Recommended Daily Intake:

Usage Instructions:
  • Mix 1–2 tablespoons of Kids Health Malt Powder in a cup of warm milk or water. Stir well and serve.

Preparation Method:
  • Powder the Nuts & Seeds: Finely grind roasted cashew nuts, roasted badam, and pumpkin seeds separately or together into a dry, smooth powder.
  • Melt Jaggery / Panamkalkkandam: In a thick-bottomed pan, gently melt jaggery or panamkalkkandam powder in a small amount of water (just enough to cover it), and filter if needed to remove impurities.
  • Mix Powders: Add the sprouted ragi powder and nut & seed powder into the melted syrup.
  • Stir and Dry: On medium flame, stir continuously using a spatula until the mixture becomes thick, dry, and well-blended.
  • Cool and Grind: Once cooled completely, grind the mixture into a smooth, fine powder. Store in an airtight container.
