How It's Made:
  1. Proso Millet – 100g
  2. Kodo Millet – 100g
  3. Barnyard Millet – 100g
  4. Green Gram – 80g
  5. Fenugreek Seeds – 10g
  6. Foxtail Millet – 100g
  7. Cumin Seeds – 10g
Serving Size: ¼ cup (approx. 30g) per person
Preparation Instructions (In a Pressure Cooker):
  1. Wash ¼ cup of the mix.
  2. Add 1 to 1.5 cups of water.
  3. Pressure cook on medium flame for 4–5 whistles.
  4. Add a pinch of salt if preferred and serve warm.
In a Clay (Mud) Pot:
  1. Wash and soak ¼ cup of the mix in water for 15–30 minutes.
  2. Add sufficient water and cook over medium flame for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add salt if desired and enjoy warm.

Note: Jaggery or milk is not added in this traditional recipe.

Storage Instructions:
